These terms govern your use of the WA Chauffeur website (www.wachauffeur.com) and the chauffeur and transfer services we provide in Western Australia (OBDS 1012448). By using our website or requesting a quote or booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
WA Chauffeur provides private chauffeur, airport transfer and related transport services. The website lets you request a quote and submit booking enquiries. We do not display fixed online pricing; fares are provided as individual quotes.
2. Quotes & bookings
- Submitting a quote request or enquiry through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- A booking is only confirmed once we contact you and confirm the details, vehicle and fare.
- Distances, durations and any estimates shown on the website are approximate and for guidance only; the final fare is the one we confirm with you.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details.
3. Fares & payment
Fares are quoted per trip and may depend on distance, time, vehicle class, waiting time, tolls, after-hours service and special requests. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for changes, extra stops, excessive waiting or cleaning.
4. Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at short notice, or no-shows, may incur a fee. We will tell you any applicable cancellation terms when your booking is confirmed.
5. Passengers, luggage & conduct
- Passenger and luggage capacity depends on the vehicle class booked.
- Seatbelts must be worn, and child restraints used where required by law.
- We may refuse or end a trip where conduct is unsafe, unlawful or abusive, or where capacity or safety limits would be exceeded.
6. Maps & third-party data
The website uses third-party mapping and geocoding services to show maps and estimate routes and distances. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this third-party data, and it should not be relied on for navigation.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as traffic, weather, road closures or flight changes). Our liability is limited, where permitted, to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid for it.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
